We accept Visa and MasterCard through the online shopping cart. Simply Add to Cart, then check out when ready.

Check and Money Orders may be used with phone orders only. Please e-mail us once the check is in the mail and we will hold your merchandise.

If you are interested in paying by Paypal, please send us an e-mail with your order and we will forward you a Paypal payment form.

Orders generally process and ship by Fed Ex within 24 hours of receipt Monday-Friday (excluding holidays), unless indicated otherwise on the item page.

Orders ship to FedEx Ground deliverable addresses only. (FedEx can't deliver to PO Boxes)

Orders going to APO's FPO's, ALASKA, and HAWAII will ship with the United States Postal Service.

Due to the fragile nature of the ornaments, we ship to only to United States and its territories.

All orders shipped to South Carolina will be charged 6% sales tax.

ADDRESS CORRECTION

The shipping address must be complete and accurate, as standardized by the US Postal Service. In the event that an incorrect or incomplete address is entered for the shipping address and Fed Ex bills us for an address correction charge, typically $10.00, it will be applied to your credit card. The most frequent errors are incomplete address, (be sure you have added street, drive, ave., trail etc...), typos in the house number and zip code, and oddly enough incomplete town names (Lovelyville or North Lovelyville).

ORDER CANCELLATION

You may cancel your order any time before shipment at no charge - just call us right away! To stop and return an item that has already shipped, FedEx charges us a $10 fee, which will be deducted from your refund, in addition to being subject to a 10% return/restocking fee and any shipping costs that we incurred to ship the product to you.

GIFT WRAP

While all ornaments ship in a lovely Radko gift box, you may wish additional holiday/birthday gift wrap. The gift wrap charge is $2.45/item.

Secure Sockets Layer (SSL 128-bit) technology scrambles your personal and credit card information as it travels over the Internet during the checkout process to prevent the decoding of that information by anyone other than us. PRIVACY POLICY:

Your personal information is for our use in processing your order only. Your personal information will never be sold, shared or distributed to a third party. Any paper documents related to your order will be shredded 60 days after order.

RETURN POLICY:

Returns are accepted within 30 days from date of delivery. All items must be returned in new, unused condition and returned in original packaging. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee plus any shipping costs that we incurred to ship the product to you. You are responsible for the cost of freight to return your purchase. Please email/call us for instructions BEFORE you return an item.

If your original purchase qualified for a FREE shipping offer and you choose to return any part or all of the order, you also will be responsible for the original cost we incurred to ship the product to you.

All refunds will be made to the person/credit card that made the original purchase.

DAMAGED IN TRANSIT:

FedEx shipments:

Upon receipt of your items, you have 5 days to report any damage due to shipping. You must have the tracking number and retain all shipping materials (carton, packing materials, etc.). All FedEx shipments are fully insured and we will work with the shipper to facilitate the pickup of the damaged item for inspection and the shipment of a replacement. Replacements or reimbursements will not be made if reported after 5 days.

USPS shipments:

All USPS packages will be shipped with insurance, but you are responsible for filing a claim with the U.S. Postal Service. You must provide the package for their inspection at one of their branch offices and they will process your claim.

CANCEL AN ORDER:

Orders may be cancelled prior to shipping (usually 24 hrs after order). Please email us if you wish to cancel an order. If the order has been shipped, please refer to our Return Policy.

EXCHANGES:

We accept exchanges on a limited basis subject to our standard return policy.
